We are pleased to announce the publication of the Guide to Getting Started with a Cyber Risk Assessment on the SAFECOM Technology resources webpage under "Communications and Cyber Resiliency".

This Guide is intended to help public safety communications systems operators, owners, and managers better understand the steps of a cyber risk assessment, to identify vulnerabilities in their networks and system and improve their system's overall cybersecurity posture.  While not intended to be all-inclusive, this document provides customizable reference tables to help organizations identify and document key personnel and resources involved with each step of a cyber risk assessment.  A collection of helpful resources, including those recommended for each assessment step as well as training are also included in the document.
